Shipping and Handling
Handling time is within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping method is through USPS (United States Postal Service) using Priority Mail. Packages are generally in transit between 1-3 days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur through USPS.
Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Tracking and Insurance are included on all orders.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
International Shipping Policy: We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Damages: If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, you will need to file a claim with USPS by contacting them at www.usps.com⁄help⁄claims.htm or 1800-275-8777. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. You will need to provide the receipt of your purchase and your tracking number. The tracking number will have been sent to you with your shipping confirmation. The Mushroomery is not liable for lost or damaged products.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct mailing address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to a non-correct address, we will refund the original order excluding the shipping fee.
